We use LifeQuest Services for billing and collections. RFAAS does not have copies of the patient bill at our station. We do not collect payments or make adjustments at our station.

If you have any questions about your ambulance bill, wish to make a payment or inquire about payment assistance, or if you have information to provide regarding your bill or insurance coverage, please call LifeQuest customer care number 1-800-786-4911. When calling, please have the patient name, social security number, and the date of ambulance transport.
