Jeff Rixmann, EMT-P (6525)
Jeff joined River Falls Ambulance in November 1994 as an EMT-Basic. He served as Assistant Director from January 1996 to February 2000. Jeff was hired as the first full time Director for River Falls in February 2000. Jeff graduated from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, recieved the Outstanding EMS Administrator Award in 2008 from West Central RTAC, and has been president of the Tri-County EMS Association of Polk, St. Croix, and Pierce Counties of Western WI since January 2000.

Jeff's interests include spending time with family, hunting, fishing, coaching youth basketball, restoring antique tractors, and community involvement.

   
Operations Supervisor/1st Assistant Director
Holly Mitchell, EMT-P (6526)
Holly Mitchell joined RFAAS in 2001 after receiving her bachelor's degree from UWRF. She served as an EMT-B and an EMT-I/99 before advancing to EMT-P in 2006. Holly became the operations supervisor of River Falls Ambulance in 2006. Holly is the vice chair for the BLS EMS Advisory Committee for CVTC, participates on the Pierce County EMS Committee and has assisted in collaborating with River Falls Area Hospital on implementing the community Geriatric Falls Program. Holly specializes in billing, QA/QI and staff education.

Holly's hobbies outside of EMS include reading, spending time with family, getting outside, geneology, and working with local, county and state levels to network, and create playgroups and resources for families of children who are deaf and hard of hearing.
